Neuro Spine Center was founded and is medically directed by Mustafa Hammad, MD, DO, DABIPP, DIPP, CPI, ABRM, FACP, FAAN — United States citizen — with training at SUNY Stony Brook (combined neurology and internal medicine residency), Emory University (neuromuscular disease, clinical neurophysiology, nerve and muscle pathology, with added sleep medicine exposure), and the Interventional Orthopedic Foundation (orthobiologics fellowship).
