Appointments & patient access
Hammad Neurologic Center (HNC) welcomes new and returning patients for consultation, diagnostic testing, and procedure days as scheduled by the clinical team. Same-day emergencies should follow local emergency services guidance; this page describes routine access.
For patients who cannot get to the center, HNC offers online consults and follow-ups.
How to book
- Call or WhatsApp the coordination numbers listed on the contact page with your name, brief reason for visit, and language preference (Arabic or English).
- Bring prior imaging discs/reports, medication list, and identification to your first visit.
- For streamlined digital booking from outside Palestine, you may also start a request through the consultation portal.
What to expect
- Physician-led evaluation with subspecialty focus on neurology, interventional pain, sleep, and regenerative options when appropriate.
- In-house diagnostics including EEG, EMG/NCS, and sleep testing coordination as indicated.
- Educational components including center-based lectures and Ask Dr Hammad digital content for selected topics.
Referrals
Referring physicians may share clinic notes and imaging through secure channels coordinated by the front desk. Multidisciplinary cases and research-eligible patients can be triaged to the American Medical Institute trial portfolio when criteria are met.
